Job Requirement but not limited to 

• Develop and implement fitness training programs.
• Supervise and train sports teams, monitor their needs, support their development, and facilitate their participation in internal and external tournaments and competitions.
• Identify talented student athletes and prepare them for joining university sports teams that represent the university in competitions and championships.
• Supervise the use of sports facilities, equipment, and devices, including the application of modern technologies, ensuring they are used safely and correctly
• Implement health and safety procedures during training sessions and sports activities and handle emergency situations according to approved protocols.
• Assess students’ fitness levels, design appropriate training programs, and monitor their performance development on a regular basis.
• Prepare statistics and reports related to users of the fitness centre, including students, employees, and sports teams.

Minimum Requirement

A minimum of three (6) years of experience in training university students
Holds an academic qualification in Physical Education or an equivalent field.
Holds a valid First Aid certification
Holds accredited professional certifications in fitness and physical conditioning.
