Job Requirement but not limited to 

• Provide coaching and develop technical plans and training programs.
• Ability to organize and manage sports tournaments and competitions.
• Train students and develop their technical skills in the fundamentals of football.
• Identify talented students and enhance their skills and abilities.
• Prepare player lists, participant records, performance statistics, and team reports.
• Monitor players’ physical and health conditions and ensure the implementation of safety procedures during training sessions and competitions.
• Organize and supervise university football team training sessions, friendly matches, and competitions.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and commitment among players, and motivate them to achieve the highest levels of athletic performance.

Minimum Requirement

• A minimum of three (6) years of experience in training university students
• Holds a valid coaching license accredited by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) or an equivalent certification.
• Holds a valid First Aid certification
• Holds accredited professional certifications in fitness and physical conditioning.
