Job Requirement but not limited to 

• Develop and implement training programs, coach students, and enhance their fundamental volleyball skills.
• Organize tournaments and sports events.
• Supervise volleyball team training sessions and develop students’ technical skills.
• Organize training sessions and friendly matches for the volleyball team to participate in internal and external competitions and tournaments.
• Identify and recruit talented student athletes, develop their skills, and prepare them to join university teams.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and commitment among players, and motivate them to achieve the highest levels of athletic performance.
• Prepare player lists, participant records, performance statistics, and team reports.to achieve the highest levels of athletic performance

Minimum Requirement

• A minimum of three (6) years of experience in training university students
• Holds an academic qualification in Physical Education or a specialization in the field
• Holds a valid First Aid certification
• Holds an accredited coaching certification in the sport.
