Job Duties but not limited to :-

• Build a single, reliable reference database for regional Mega Seismic Onshore and offshore exploration studies.
• Inventory, extract, digitize, and standardize multi-vintage hardcopy/scanned reports, well tops, checkshots, and wireline logs.
• Cleanse, despike, normalize, splice, depth-match, and predict missing elastic log curves (sonic, density, shear) cross-validated with Rock Physics Templates (RPTs).
• Audit and load validated datasets into central E&P repositories and synchronize project environments in Studio, Petrel, and Techlog grouped by blocks, assets, and fields.
• Audit hardcopy, scanned PDF reports, raster logs, and multi-source databases across onshore and offshore blocks.
• Screen and digitize legacy well logs, core data, directional surveys, well tops, and VSP/checkshot reports.
• Eliminate spatial and naming inconsistencies by assigning standard Unique Well Identifiers (UWIs) and coordinate reference systems (CRS).
• Validate existing master datasets inside corporate repositories against established Upstream/Downstream/TZ Data Standards.
• Resolve metadata anomalies (e.g., elevation reference heights, units of measure, block/field tagging).
• Establish data governance rules to ensure clean ingestion into target application project environments.
• Depth-match, splice, despike, and normalize wireline/LWD logs across multi-vintage runs.
• Model missing density and acoustic intervals; compute or predict synthetic shear wave velocity (Vs) where missing
• Cross-plot synthetic and conditioned curves against region-specific Rock Physics Templates (RPTs) to ensure geological validity.
• Build one fully consolidated Petrel master project and one consolidated Techlog master project structured logically by asset, block, and field.
• Sync master project data back into Studio and corporate repositories.
• Establish clean shared directory structures and archive all raw, processed, and QCed metadata files.
• Central E&P database repository for data preservation, metadata governance, and corporate audit compliance.
• Detailed log editing, splicing, despike, sonic processing, shear wave prediction, and RPT quality control.
• Spatial integration, seismic-well tie validation, unified well tops display, velocity profile loading, and repository synchronization via Studio.
• Spatial QA/QC, surface coordinate validation, block boundary overlay, and CRS conversion check.
• Fully populated, audited, and QCed well metadata, curve sets, velocity datasets, and well tops matching corporate upstream data standards.
• Single organized workspace structured by assets, fields, and blocks containing verified wells, surfaces, velocity models, and seismic interpretations.
• Standardized petrophysical project housing depth-matched, spliced, despike, and reconstructed log datasets with synthetic curves and shear estimations.
• Bi-directional sync setup between Petrel project environments and corporate Studio repositories.
• Clean, outlier-corrected VSP and checkshot profiles in standard corporate formats for per-well and regional studies.
• Final technical documentation covering data lineage, processing steps, anomaly resolutions, and quality scores.

Minimum Requirements:-
Professional fluent in English Language ( Reading, writing and Speaking)
10+ years experience
