Job Description
  • Capable of Communication with stakeholders for road safety/IVMS related matters, issues and action items.
  • Capable of managing IVMS functionalities as per International Specifications & Standards (OGP IVMS Guidance Note)
  • Implement ADNOC HSE Standard on Road Safety and IVMS Guidelines.
  • Ability to validate the Vehicles safety and emergency equipment. (Seatbelt, ABS, Airbags, ROP, First Aid Kit, Desert Survival Kit, spark arrestor and Fire Extinguishers).
  • Capable of validating Driver selection as per criteria and track defensive driving training process.
  • Familiar with the IVMS devices for Vehicles. Can conduct Vehicle physical check for IVMS functionality as per given IVMS parameters.
  • Capable of registering Vehicle and drivers' profiles in IVMS software, and track correct record of Vehicle and drivers are maintained in IVMS.
  • Familiar with IVMS software and monitor Vehicle journey through online tracking system.
  • Monitor drivers' behavior in the online IVMS, and issue instant alerts for drivers.
  • Familiar with IVMS offline tracking and respond to queries related to Vehicle movement/journey for a specific date/time.
  • Capable of generating IVMS System reports i.e. Trip Details, Drivers' Violations, RAG & over speed violation Reports etc.
  • Capable of generating Best Driver Reports to reward good behaviors. (Best Driver of the month /year awards) and report to IVMS Lead.
  • Capable of analyzing reports derived from IVMS systems and provided feedback to supervisors and drivers to improve driver behavior and performance.
  • Capable of analyzing report derived from IVMS to determine Vehicle and driver utilization and provide feedback to management on areas for potential optimization.
  • Assist in crash/ near miss incident investigation. Generate accident related IVMS reports (Activity timeline, Tachograph, trip report, violation history etc.)
  • Capable of taking full responsibility of data connectivity of IVMS devices and ensure timely correction of defects in IVMS and regular maintenance of IVMS devices and software.
  • Monthly review of Vehicle data transfer, IVMS functionality and report any malfunctioning.
  • Capable of implementing Transportation Safety policy, procedure and plan.
  • Competent to conduct or participate in transportation risk assessment including hazards identification, risk ranking and proposing mitigation measures.
  • Able to conduct Vehicle safety inspection as per approved checklist for light & heavy Vehicle. Intervene in case of Vehicle non-compliance and ensure only fit for use Vehicle are allowed for journeys
  • Conduct any relevant and additional tasks as instructed by IVMS Lead.

 

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum Higher Diploma in IT or Equivalent from a reputable University
  • Shall be able to speak, read and write English with good communication skill.
