Duties and Responsibilities not limited to:-
• Monitor the project to complying all QHSE procedures and policy
• Provides essential technical HSE advice and guidance to Project Management on major issues and keep them aware of latest developments in HSE laws, standards and regulations and their impact/implementation in the project.
• Coordinate all safety-related activities, including training materials development and review, and conducting site inspections
• Develop and manage company-wide safety programs, including training, job hazard analysis, and surveillance Supervises, directs and participates in technical HSE reviews, risk assessments, hazards analysis and systems safety studies.
• Implement company-wide safety initiatives, including safety management systems, safety committee, safety meetings, and safety audits
• Reviews accident/incidents and investigates reports, evaluates compliance with procedures and ensures follow-up on implementation of remedial action.
• Proven QHSE professionals from a highly regulated industry such as Oil & Gas, Marine and Offshore industries.
• Excellent and topical knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Policy.
• Experience in Incident Investigation to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong leadership skills to constantly drive safety and quality improvements.
• Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.
• Mitigates team conflict and communication problems.
• Maintains Company integrity through confidentiality and discretion.
• QHSE experience related to Diving or Rope Access or Scaffolding would be an added advantage.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, management or related field.
NEBOSH IGC certification
Certified First Aider
Minimum 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Offshore Industries.
