Job Purpose

 

Monitor and operates the equipment and the process in assigned area of Urea-1 /Granulation-1, in accordance with SOP’s, policy, procedures and operating instructions. Maintain the plant parameters in safe conditions. Carries out instructions to regulate operating conditions as necessary. Carries out regular monitoring of equipment performance. Informs the senior operator of any abnormality, equipment failure, abnormal noises, unsafe conditions, vibrations , leaks etc. Record details of the plant operations.

Minimum Requirement

• Completion of secondary technical (12 years) education or (completion of specific and intensive training for UAE nationals holding ATI diploma).

• Minimum 04 years’ diversified experience in process operations in fertilizer. Chemical or a related industry.

• Knowledge fertilizer industry.

• Knowledge of legislations, regulations, policies and procedure of plant operations as per Group of Companies.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
