Job Description
Job duties but not limited to
• Ensure the Scheduling and updating of the Daily Work Order Procedures. This include preparing the Notification and Work Order System, issuing Daily, Weekly work list and Backlog Review requests, input and update Job Scheduling, Data and Work Requests and preparing Preventive Maintenance Schedule
• Check the input of Notifications and Work Orders to SAP and carryout amendments as necessary
• Prepare the Input, Printing and Distribution of Maintenance Reports, Work Orders and Time Sheets to
• Maintenance Engineers and Supervisors on a Daily and Weekly basis
• Provide clerical/technical support to Maintenance Job Officers in scheduling and updating of maintenance work orders and backlog reports and in raising of maintenance requisitions and reservations.
• Assist in the formation of Suborders on existing work orders and ensures the issue of scaffolding numbers and the maintenance of the scaffold register
• Issue Minor Mechanical, Instrument and Electrical Change numbers and keep an up-date registers of all these changes
• Receive modification packages from Engineering & Technical Support Division. Register Modification Number, circulate Modification files to the concerned Maintenance Engineers in both preliminary and final stages
• Produce work programs for various maintenance related jobs, plant shutdowns and machine overhauls as requested by Maintenance Engineers
• Maintain the section filing system of various aspects, e.g. Modification System, Maintenance Work etc.
• Provide technical assistance and information to Term Contract Supervisors of Maintenance Department.
• Safeguard own Health and Safety, as well as that of the fellow employees, by paying attention to safe work practices, maintaining a safe work environment and complying with applicable HSE requirements.
• Take action to INTERVENE and STOP any un-safe activity or non-compliance with HSE requirements,
• if witnessed, and report the incident – regardless of your position or that of the transgressor
• Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, Quality standards, procedures, to accomplish operational objectives.
• Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures and functional processes.
• Provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
• Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
• 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry using SAP System and other relevant MS Office software systems for Maintenance planning and scheduling
• Professional in English Language ( reading, writing and Speaking )
• Professional in SAP System
• Professional in MS Office and other software packages used for planning and scheduling
• Professional in maintaining filing systems
• Valid Certificates mandatory
